you seems to cant digest the fact the Indian reached to moon. in every article of yours you are talking about that. You seems to be so Americanized that you don't see this achievement. you are kind of people I believe, who thinks that govt. should build cars only when every one has horse!!! you believe that when first time Americans made aero plane, everyone in America had food... when they flew to moon, everyone had job...when they started preaching everyone about democracy, their best allies Israel and Saudi Arabia had already adopted democracy.

I appreciate the fact that you are concern about problems in India, but can't compare everything with America. if they have achieved few things, even we have achieved few things. First of all you have to understand the history and geography of India. Americans don't have roots, most of them are like you who migrated chasing their dreams, or were taken there by British. We were never India, British created it. We were 255 countries, they brought us together. Now 255 states living together itself is an achievement. Talking about poor state - we are a huge country (telling you this fact, coz though you sound like Indian, you sound like migrated US at-least 500 year ago) and 60 yrs ago we got independence as a desperate state. Now you are advising us not to develop technology till every one starts eating pizzas or at-least every one starts earning at least 1000 USD a month. One more thing, its not that you don't know the history and geography of India, I believe the last time you read the newspaper was in 1970's when 70% of Indian were living on less than a dollar. today India's per capita income is USD2,563, considering at the time of independence 60 yrs ago, middle class in India was virtually 0. Today India is fastest growing economy after china and worlds 5th largest economy.

There are two types of people, one who become taller, because they are tall, and second type is something like you, who tries to cut short other people to look tall. I really wonder sometime, people who can't even take proud of their motherland, how come they can grow in life.

I agree we have lots of problems, and some are very difficult one, but we will come thru one day. We know how to achieve. At the same time, we will never ' bomb the Japan, to stop the war'

P/S: Joy, nothing against you, as i said i appreciate your concern, its just i can see someone criticizing India by comparing it with someone else.
