Tribal talent pool has the potential to give a fillip to the rural economy and to develop a collective leadership. There is no doubt 100% truth in your opinion but first of all it is not 'Odisha'.........it is Orissa.Until and unless common people are not sensitive about these issues, things will never change and so many talents will simply go waste. We, the people of India can only change things instead of relying on politicians and other beaurecrats. It's high time that we get out of our 'Snail' mentality.

Language is the main barrier for the tiny tots in the tribal dominated district of Sundargarh.
Why not use ICT for solving this problem? I could provide leads and ideas for an initiative.
Thanks for remembering the Bhil people at Bhagoria on this forum. This time of year many of the adivasi or indigenous poeples of India celebrate their fertility rites. The Sarhul / Baha Bonga of the Mundari / Santhal peoples is also rougly around this time. Can anyone share interesting insights / information on these?
I personally feel pleasure to know that there has come the Sidu-Kanu Murmu University at Dumka and Tilka Majhi University at some other place. This is nothing but the case building of the identity.
